26 Consulting
26 Consulting is something I’ve built with care, intention, and a lot of behind-the-scenes work. After years of studying leadership and working alongside organizations, I’m excited to bring this practice to life and partner with a small group of clients as it continues to grow. This early phase allows me to stay hands-on, flexible, and deeply invested in each engagement.
“To empower leaders to lead with authenticity, blending research-driven strategies with personal values, to cultivate high-performing teams and create purpose-driven outcomes. ”
Vision Statement:
To shape a future where organizations thrive through leaders who embrace authenticity, inspire trust, and create meaningful, lasting impact both within their teams and in the broader community.
20-minute conversation about your leadership or organizational goals. No pressure. Just a conversation about your goals.
Our Services
Our workshops give your team the tools and space to grow together. We’ll dive into real challenges, build stronger communication, and spark collaboration that lasts beyond the session. Each workshop is interactive, practical, and tailored to your team’s needs—so everyone walks away with strategies they can use right away.
Think of this as having a trusted advisor on your team. With retainer consulting, you’ll have ongoing access to expert support for your organization’s growth, strategy, and leadership needs. Instead of one-off sessions, we partner with you over time—offering guidance, problem-solving, and fresh perspectives whenever you need them.
Over the past several years, my work has centered on leadership, studying it, teaching it, and working alongside leaders as they navigate complexity, growth, and change.
I’m excited to share that I’m open to keynote speaking and speaking engagements for conferences, professional development events, classrooms, and organizations. My talks are grounded in research but shaped by real-world experience, with an emphasis on clarity, reflection, and application, less theory for theory’s sake, more insight leaders can actually use.
If you’re planning an event and looking for a speaker who brings both credibility and approachability, I’d welcome the conversation. I enjoy creating sessions that are thoughtful, engaging, and tailored to the audience in the room.
If this resonates, or if you know someone planning an event, I’d be glad to connect.
Leadership Insights From Books
I regularly read books on leadership, management, and consulting to deepen my understanding of how organizations develop effective leaders. Below are insights from books that have shaped how I approach leadership development and organizational consulting.
Effective consultants focus on the value and results they create for clients rather than the time they spend delivering the work.
Great leaders create environments where people feel safe, valued, and protected, because teams perform best when leaders prioritize the well-being of their people.
Strong teams are built on trust—when team members feel safe admitting mistakes and being vulnerable, they can engage in honest conversations, hold each other accountable, and focus on shared results.
